TRAIN OF THOUGHT

ABOUT THIS BLOG

MOVEMENT.jpg

Insofar plans and routines are performed by individuals they are in an ongoing change, paying attention to change is then key in understanding and shaping organizations.

Just as an acrobat performs a routine and maintains her stability by continuously micro moving to correct her imbalances (Tsoukas & Chia, 2002), organizations' plans get implemented and by doing so they get modified and adapted.

Change is not only possible, it is intrinsic to human action and consequently to organizations.
